BFA was awarded the contract for the 56,000 s.f., two-building Administration Complex for the Coast Community College District's administrative offices, board room and IT Data Center for all three of the District's colleges: Orange Coast College, Coastline College and Golden West College.
​
The project earned Silver LEED certification and features the first photo-voltaic covered carport structure in Costa Mesa.
