Two-story, 16,000 s.f. multi-tenant retail and restaurant center with two-level parking garage and a full-service carwash and detailing facility, and outdoor patios, balconies and courtyard seating areas.  The center focuses on utilizing sustainable features in all aspects of the design and construction with solar panels located on carport structures on the parking deck, locally sourced materials, low-energy light fixtures, and the use of recycled materials wherever possible.
