A state-of-the-art full-service carwash and detail center, the project also included a full sandwich deli, a two-story volume gift boutique with antique brass water wall, and the latest in touch-free hand wash equipment.

The project was the recipient of the the 1997 Western Builder's Conference Gold Nugget Grand Prize in the Retail Project division.
