The subject of two remodels and additions to date, the first project consisted of a 2,700 square foot remodel and addition to the Maritime Sailing Library, retail space and administrative offices for the existing Orange Coast College Sailing Center.

 

The second project was the expansion of the facility to include a new fitness center for the crew teams, men and women crew team coaches' offices, men's and women's restrooms, and enhanced access to the boat storage and maintenance facilities.
