Bundy-Finkel Architects was hired by the city of Rancho Santa Margarita to prepare the conceptual master site plan, needs analysis and preliminary building design for its new 45,000 s.f. City Hall and Intergenerational Community Center facilities in the city's Town Center.  BFA then acted as design consultant under Executive Architect, LPA, for the transition from preliminary to final design.

The preliminary design shown represents the early conceptual images of the site plan, elevations and 3D massing studies for the project. The model and construction shots are of LPA's final design based on BFA's conceptual design.
