A dynamic remodel of a 40,000 s.f. 1970's era retail building.  The project includes two levels of retail and restaurant space and two below-grade parking levels.  Bundy-Finkel Architects is the Executive Architect supervising all aspects of construction document preparation and construction services with Landry Design Group acting as Design Architect.

The project features a re-imagined courtyard space, building facades re-skinned with an undulating textured plaster and metal-accented facade, new vertical circulation elements, a bridge to connect the east and west sides of the upper levels, and a sculptural glass-clad elevator tower.
